"While taking vitamins is a good thing, remember that they are ultimately fake - synthetic products. Instead, 2011 is about including superfoods into your diet, to allow your body to absorb the best in nutrients and vitamins. Foods to begin adding to your diet include goji berries, raw chocolate, bee products (ie honey and pollen), maca (a food from the Andes), micro algies including chlorella, aloe vera and superfruit noni from the Polynesian islands. They are available in health food shops." (found on the world wide web : the Press http://bit.ly/dIRzYW)

Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera Gel
At A Glance
Maintains a healthy digestive system.
Maintains energy levels.
Can be used as a daily nutritional tonic.
Balances the immune system.
Keeps for 5 years unopened – 3 months once opened (if kept refrigerated).
Description & Purpose
Imagine slicing open an aloe leaf and consuming the gel straight from the plant. Well, you can come as close as possible to doing just that by drinking our Aloe Vera Gel. Our patented, stabilised Aloe Vera Gel is ‘essentially identical’ to the fresh gel of the leaf, and it was the first to receive certification by the International Aloe Science Council. Just pour some into a glass and you’ll see the rich cocktail of pulp and liquid, that shows that this is an authentic product brought to you just as nature intended. Aloe Vera Gel contains an abundance of vitamins and minerals, including the rare vitamin B12 - one of only two vegetable sources available. This makes Aloe Vera Gel a vital supplement for vegetarians and vegans. Folic acid, recommended by the Department of Health for all women planning a pregnancy, is also found naturally in the gel. Together it provides seven essential amino acids which are directly linked to cell growth, and which cannot be manufactured within the body from other sources.
In fact, there are so many nutrients in this drink that it is difficult to catalogue all the benefits that have been reported. One thing is certain - Aloe Vera Gel has had a profoundly positive influence on the health and lifestyle of many. This is in part due to the adaptogenic nature of the gel - different bodies draw different benefits, according to their need for nutritional supplementation. Even those who have no particular ailment at present, report that it promotes a good healthy lifestyle and an increased sense of wellbeing. Taken daily, it is one of the best nutritional supplements available, and Forever Living Products is proud to lead the way in bringing these benefits to people around the world.

Aloe Vera names used for this wonderfull Plant
Aloe Vera is known by a variety of names. Forever Living products use the barbadensis Mill species of the plant for its products. Other names we have heard this plant being called are: Barbados Aloe, First Aid Plant, Burn Aloe, Aloe Plant, Chinese Aloe, Indian Aloe and True Aloe,
Interestingly, the Aloe Vera plant is used around the world, we have gathered the below for interest. Please note that the below list is referenced
• In India, Aloe vera is known as Korphad (in Maharashtra), Kattar vazha (in Kerala), Gwarpatha (in Rajasthan and Gujarat), Ghrtakumari (Hindi/Sanskrit: घृतकुमारी) or Gheekvar (घीक्वार), and is used in Ayurvedic medicine and as a home remedy for skin allergies, acne, fungus infections and beauty-aid. In the state of Tamil Nadu the plant is called Katralai or Katrazhai (Tamil: கற்றாழை), and its pulp is highly regarded for its anti-ageing potential, hence its pet name Kumari. The pulp is used extensively in Siddha medicines for treating ailments including constipation, enlargement of the spleen, zymotic disease, and chengamaari (a type of venereal infection).[27] It is also known as Kalabanda (కలబంద) in the Telugu language, and as Gheekoari in Oriya.
• In Pakistan, the plant is known as Quargandal and is used in Unani (Greek-Islamic) medicine.
• In Indonesia, it is known as Lidah Buaya (or "Crocodile's Tongue").
• In Thailand, it is known as the "Crocodile Tail" (Thai: ว่านหางจระเข้) plant.
• In Vietnam, it is known as the "Nha Đam" plant.

We have also noticed that people do spell Aloe Vera differently , we have come across: aleo vera, ale vera, al vera and alo Vera
